1 Tonne Rice Program (Myanmar)

January 2022

Myin Thar School is a school for the underprivileged. It houses a total of 1456 school kids, with 1420 primary and 36 secondary.

Most of the kids here come from ethic minorities from border regions of Myanmar. Kids here are provided with food, clothing and shelter. They also received primary and secondary education by the monastery.

RIMAU Token is fortunate to be able to contribute in feeding the kids in the Myin Thar School, located at South Oakkalppa Township, East District, Yangon, Myanmar.

November 2021

With the help of RimauSwap Public Benefit Project's volunteer, the first 1,000 kilograms of rice for the underprivileged in Myanmar was initiated on the 20 October, 2021 and distributed in the month of November 2021.
